The Tenants and FNV are angry about the government's plans to rent social housing for households with high income (above the 43,000 euros per year) with additional 5 percent increase on inflation.
In a letter to parliament speak the Tenants and FNV a 'blunt unacceptable increase "that leads to loss of purchasing power and they ask the Court to force the government plan to reject.
In the letter the Tenants and the FNV that rents for high income at a stroke be increased in a rental market that is stuck. The rent increase for high earners would be a blow to a group that is already struggling in this difficult time because they can get a mortgage.
