More medium priced rental houses Amsterdam
The city of Amsterdam is taking measures to more apartments in Amsterdam mid to realize. This is contained in a memorandum that was received positively by the Housing Commission of the City Council.
The principle that corporations 30 percent social housing Amsterdam to build on land with a social rent is relaxed. Even rental housing with rent between 652 and 800 euros count. These are for households with an income between 33,615 and 43,000 per year.
