Rental houses Enschede better isolated
ENSCHEDE - The city will invest heavily to make rental houses Enschede in the city more energy efficient.
It is a sum of 1.5 million euros for an estimated 1,000 rental apartments. These rental houses Enschede then get better insulation so that they achieve a minimum energy label A or B. The project will help on several fronts.
The residents of Twente in Enschede Rent will soon have lower housing costs, it is good for jobs and will reduce CO2 emissions. Enschede hopes eventually to make all homes more energy efficient. In Hengelo is estimated this will happen.
