Housing prices in The Netherlands still going down

The housing market in The Netherlands hits continued to decline and house prices continue to fall by about 7 percent. That conclusion is disturbing in a report from TU Delft for the Home Ownership Guarantee Fund Foundation, the provider of the National Mortgage.
The author of the report argue that temporary government measures to stimulate the housing market to remain longer in effect. These include the reduction of transfer tax and the increase in cost limits of the Mortgage 265,000 euros to 350,000 euros.
